Best of OC, January2010, Bobcat, Shrike, Mandarin duck, parrots, hawks
Sadly enough, one of our beautiful free roaming bobcats has died this week.
We get attached to the wild animals around here, knowing how rare they are and how quiickly human inhabitited areas make
it hard for them to sustain life. Not a good week, also, with the coyotes in HB being exterminated. Humans deserve what they get, cement and crows.
