Colorful Gnat fly, small, I wonder if its the dreaded fruit fly?

She was young here, loved the ants I put on the leaves, a few times I swear she was out there waiting for me.

She comes out and greets me occasionally. Ants don't quite cut it anymore. I saw her grab this fly so quickly I didn't even know if she got it.

My little friend is still around almost two inches long. I set a yellow yarrow next to him which had 3 worms on it and next thing I see is the Mantis in the middle of the flower, eating the rest of a worm. Small, he prefers flys now. [yuk, up close! lol]

One half inch spider, just a youngster!
